Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Open to all levels of experience, in this class the goal is to mindfully move your body with the pace of breath. The class ranges from gentle to moderate flows where heart-opening breath work and postures are synchronized to music. While attuning to the sensations that arise within your own body habitual ways of moving and thinking can be acknowledged and released. With focused intention and relaxation, an openness to a more expanded experience of self is realized.
