S Factor’s Fluid Feminine Movement (FFM) practice is a sensual workout for body and soul that is intelligently designed to open the female body into her full, free expression. It strengthens and elongates muscles through movements specifically designed for the feminine body. It creates lean curves – building muscle and strength where the body asks for them – while acknowledging the unique rounded sculpture that we naturally embody.

Fluid Feminine Movement is suitable for ages, abilities and body sizes. The studio is intentionally darkened to give each woman in class a feeling of privacy and safety so you can focus on how it feels in your body, not on how it looks. If it feels good, you know you are doing it right! As you move through the class, you will tune into the voice of your unique feminine body and turn up the volume on your intuition. It is a true workout in every sense, but will leave you feeling like you’ve spent a day at the spa – relaxed, rejuvenated and energized.
